Chapter 4 White Tea 白茶

White tea might be the first type of tea invented by human beings. Imagine that, the ancient peoplepicked the leaves, dried them naturally in the sunlight, thenstored them for drinking later on,that is the start of white tea although itwas invented in the Song dynasty according to the official record. White tea has the least processing steps, you may think that it is quite simple, well, you are wrong. So, in chapter four, let’s figure out the charms of white tea.
